Interim CEO
Cole Ikkala is Interim Chief Executive Officer of CiRC Biosciences and Vice President of Strategic Capital at Paragon Biosciences. He has held various roles in the life sciences industry with extensive experience and accountability across corporate strategy, business development, portfolio management, capital strategy, and operations.
Prior to joining Paragon, Mr. Ikkala served as Senior Director, Business Operations (Neuroscience) at Radius Health where he led the acquisition and business operations of a development-stage neuroscience program. Earlier, Mr. Ikkala served as Director, Business Development, Investor/Capital Sourcing, and Communications at Novan, Inc.. He was also a Business Analyst at Malin Corporation PLC, where he participated in investment activities and strategic initiatives across its portfolio companies. Mr. Ikkala has a bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics from Union College.
